Mother & Baby Care Nurse – Home Health Care (On-Demand Basis)

We are looking for compassionate and experienced nurses to join our freelance home healthcare network as Mother & Baby Care Nurses. You will assist mothers and newborns during the crucial postpartum period, helping families navigate the early days of parenthood with confidence and professional support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide postnatal nursing care for mothers at home.
  Monitor the health and well-being of both mother and newborn.
  Assist with newborn care, including bathing, feeding support, and hygiene.
  Support breastfeeding and provide basic lactation guidance.
  Educate families on newborn care, safe sleep practices, and postpartum recovery.
  Monitor vital signs and identify concerns that may require medical attention.
  Maintain accurate visit records and communicate observations when necessary.
  Offer compassionate support and reassurance to new parents.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing Degree/Diploma and professional registration.
  Experience in maternity, neonatal, pediatric, or postnatal care preferred.
  Knowledge of newborn care and postpartum recovery.
  Strong communication and patient education skills.
  Ability to travel for home visits.
  Caring, patient, and family-centered approach.
