Kashmir Health Collective, or KHC, is a marketplace for medical professionals. Doctors, registered nurses, physiotherapists, phlebotomists, midwives, and other healthcare workers register with us, and we bring them home healthcare cases from patients in their own area.

Everything we do is built around the patient. Most of the people who book us are elderly, recovering from surgery, or managing a long illness at home. They cannot easily travel to a clinic, and their families want dependable, respectful care at the doorstep. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the standard we will hold you to. When patients trust the platform, everyone registered on it gets more work.
How a case reaches you

A care request comes in
A patient or their family books a home healthcare service through our website or over the phone. It could be nursing care, a physiotherapy session, a blood sample collection, or a doctor visit.

We match by area
We look at where the patient lives and shortlist verified professionals registered with us in that area, or in the closest vicinity. Proximity means faster response and easier follow-up visits.

The case is assigned to you
If you are the right fit, we assign the case to you with the patient details, the service required, and the visit schedule. You confirm, visit, and deliver the care.

You follow our care standards
Every professional follows our SOPs: proper hygiene, standard care protocols, clear communication with the family, and visit documentation. This is what keeps patients coming back to the platform.

You get paid, transparently
All payments from patients are collected by Kashmir Health Collective. For every visit, 70% goes to you and KHC keeps 30% for finding the patient, handling bookings, payments, and support.

Before you apply, please note
- This is not a full-time job or an employment offer. You join as an independent professional and we reach out on an on-demand basis, whenever there is a case in your area that matches your role.
- There is no fixed salary and no minimum number of cases. Your earnings depend on the visits you take up.
- All patient payments are collected by KHC. You receive 70% of the visit fee, and KHC retains 30% as the platform share.
- You are expected to follow our SOPs on every visit: proper hygiene, standard care protocols, punctuality, and respectful conduct with the patient and family.
- We verify credentials before assigning any case. Your profile stays pending until our team completes verification and speaks with you.
