Phlebotomist – Home Sample Collection (On-Demand Basis)

We are looking for skilled and reliable Phlebotomists to join our freelance home healthcare network. You will be responsible for collecting blood and other diagnostic samples from patients during scheduled home visits while ensuring a safe, professional, and comfortable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Visit patients at their homes for sample collection.
  Collect blood and other prescribed diagnostic samples using proper techniques.
  Label, handle, and transport samples according to established protocols.
  Maintain strict infection control and safety standards.
  Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation.
  Provide a professional and reassuring experience for patients.
  Coordinate with the operations team regarding visit status and sample handover.

Requirements:

• Certification or training in Phlebotomy, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
  Experience in blood sample collection and specimen handling.
  Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
  Good communication and patient-handling skills.
  Ability to travel for home visits.
  Professional, punctual, and dependable.
