Physiotherapist – Home Health Care (On-Demand Basis)

About the role
We are looking for qualified and patient-focused Physiotherapists to join our freelance home healthcare network. You will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients in their homes across Srinagar and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Conduct physiotherapy assessments during home visits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and elderly patients.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training.Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, posture, and injury prevention.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate treatment notes and visit documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (BPT) or Master's Degree (MPT) in Physiotherapy.
Valid registration with the relevant professional body.
Strong assessment and rehabilitation skills.
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
Ability to travel for home visits.
Prior clinical or home-care experience is preferred.
