Registered Nurse - Home Health Care (On-demand Basis)

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our freelance home healthcare network. Nurses will be assigned patient visits based on service requests and their availability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care during home visits.
  Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed.
  Perform catheterization, wound dressing, and other nursing procedures.
  Monitor patient health and report concerns when necessary.
  Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and recovery.
  Maintain accurate visit records and documentation.
  Follow professional nursing standards and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing Degree/Diploma and registration.
  Strong clinical and communication skills.
  Ability to travel for patient visits.
  Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude.
  Previous clinical or home healthcare experience is preferred.
